Refund and Return Policy

At my company, I value our customers’ satisfaction, and I want you to be happy with your purchase. I understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. That’s why I implement this refund and return policy. You can request a return within 4 weeks of receiving your order. This allows you ample time to evaluate the product and decide whether it meets your needs. I ask that you please take the time to inspect your item upon receipt. If you have any concerns or issues, please contact me immediately. Any items that are broken in shipping, please let me know within 24 hours. 

Please follow these procedures for a return or exchange:

  1. Request a return by contacting me. You can reach me by phone, 610-585-7965 or e-mail amy.uniquepewter@gmail.com. Please include your name and the reason for the return.

2. Pack the item securely, using the original packaging if possible. Please include all items and parts. Wrap all glass items in bubble.

3. Ship the item back to me. Address Below. I recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your item arrives safely. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Next, you will receive an email notification of your exchange refund. Your refund will be the original payment. I do not offer store credit or exchanges currently.

I cannot be responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. There will be additional charges for return shipping on exchanges.
